Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses across India which might take 2-3 business days to deliver product to your house, if for any unforeseen reasons it took longer to process your order, we will keep you informed by email or sms. Sundays and all national holidays in a year are not considered as business days.

You can return or exchange any item within a period of 15 days from the date of purchase. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

We ensure that we give enough pictures to show the product up close and you may be rest assured that our clothes will surely match with the images. Regarding size, we advise that you look up our size chart and match it with your kid’s measurements so that you may get the best fit for your child.

Guidelines for a valid return

  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
  • Tags should be retained and returned on the garment
  • Product should be unused

Exchanges

We will give you a full refund in the event we are not able to satisfy your requirement for a product or a size change. You can opt for a full refund or a gift voucher and use the same for future purchase.

Refunds

In case of prepaid orders, full payment will be credited to customer original payment mode post receipt of the items in its original packing. For COD, the credit will be done to your bank account as per your instructions. All refunds will be done within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the returned items. You may also opt for a store credit which will be given in a form of a discount coupon valid for a period of one year.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
